Device registration went fine but I have no external access

Hi Boris,
I have moved my device into a new house. Here follows what I have done to make it work under a new network:
I opened 443 TCP in the router (External Access · syncloud/platform Wiki · GitHub);
I made a new registration of the device and it went fine.
Problem: the device is not reachable and the option “public” cannot be activated due to the following error in the GUI: Unable to verify open ports, using device public IP: '77.32.42.209' which is IPv4. Details: port is not reachable.
Doubts that I have: it’s the first time that I work on a Fritbox 7530 router. I have opened the 443 TCP and freezed the IP address in the internal network to make it always the same. Nothing else.
What am I missing? Thanks a lot.

Simone

Few things:

  1. Check device IP on settings - network page
  2. Check that you use correct device IP on outer port mapping.
  3. Try different external port like 10000
  4. If non 443 external port works check firewall on the router if it blocks this port.
  5. If there is no firewall on the router but only 443 is blocked it can be that internet provider blocks it for you, call them to check if that is not the case.
