Credentials say invalid when i try to sign in uaing ayncloud login.

Do you mean this screen is not taking device login/passeord?

Do you use some special symbols in your password?
Can you try adding a user admin/admin to test?

When I try to add a new admin it doesnt allow me to choose the admin group

For this app you need to use Create Account button first unfortunately.

For OpenVPN can you send logs right after login attempt?

Could you paste a screen of the new user page before saving?
