So you have admin user which can login and docvalium user which cannot, is docvalium in syncloud group in Users app or not?
You could add it to syncloud group if that does not work device reactivation should fix it (Settings - Activation) just activate with the same docvalium user (all users will be removed but you can add them back). All other apps will recognize new users if they have the same user name.
OK, thanks. It has always been part of the syncloud group. I think for now it works for me so i’ll leave it like that. I am a bit scared of screwing up the system by reactivating it.
