Nextcloud login failed

Hi all

A create a new user with the application users ( syncloud user manager ).

I saw the user in nextcloud , but i cannot login in nextcloud.
I can send Welcome email at the user.

Where log i must look at for resolve this issue.

It is like if the password send to nextcloud is not good.

When you created a user were System username and Username the same?
Can you login to Users app with this user?
