Cannot access my Syncloud anymore

Hi Boris,
I’ve been struggling with Syncloud for 13 days with many different issues: image, different apps. I’m quite tired, frankly speaking.
Anyway here follows the description of the situation:

  1. Syncloud cannot be accessed anymore via URL (https://[name].syncloud.it)
  2. the web UI cannot be accessed through internal IP either;
  3. I only have SSH and SFTP;
  4. I’ve already restarted the machine and the platform (snap restart platform) with no effect;
  5. Being so, I am not able to send you logs. Is there a way to send you logs via console? Thanks

Could you paste output of these commands please:

Here it is, pls keep into account that in the while I have tried also to register again my device (snap remove platform; snap install platform; IP adress in web browser, etc.) without effect.
Note: I have to split the output in 2 msg’s due to current limitations of this platform.

I have registered my device once again . I have waited about 10 mins for the certificate, etc. Then it has been accessible for about 20 mins but it was “unsecure”:

Looks like your device is not getting any IP.

Are you using latest legacy version of hc4?

no changes on my side,
latest version of the “legacy” image,
the only differences I have noticed:

0.everything begun 3 days ago: after a reflash and registration I installed everythjng but the following day → no access

  1. when I register the device, the ipv6 is now active and works. Till few months ago it didn’t work and I always disabled it;
    1 bis. it seems like in latest images the external access is actjve by default. No more need to activate it manually;
  2. if I try to register the device with my “historic” name it fails badly: I cannot access it in any way, including the “unsafe” mode. (I have also tried to generate the certificate from platform.cli and I get errors from the authority for certifications).
  3. Things goes a little better if I use a new name, the device can be accessed in “unsafe mode” for about 15 mins /half an hour and then it stops working also with Mozilla or Duckduck that are usually more permissive.

Pls, investigate. I am available to answer / test any request by you h24, including refreshing if necessary. I need Syncloud (especially nextcloud) to share files with several people. Thanks a lot

IMPORTANT UPDATE: maybe I have been able to reproduce the error. Here follows the sequence of actions:

  1. it was working fine via [name].syncloud.it
  2. I try to access the web UI via IP address
  3. I cannot access it anymore, via IP or url either

UPDATE #2 (maybe) I FOUND THE PROBLEM:

completely by chance I have tried to access Syncloud from another machine and it is working. The machine where it does not work anymore had a different network setting: in particular NextDNS app was installed on it. Once I disabled it it works fine. Let me try some other things, because during the last few days I experienced problems also from Android and so my explanation could not make sense

CONCLUSION(?)

It seems like the problem was NextDNS. Not the DNS’ by theirselves because they were stored also in the router and one client over 2 was accessing Syncloud smoothly. I think that the problem was the list of blocked services on the second client were NextDNS was configured (through an onboard app) with additional block lists.
In this moment only one strange thing remains. To me it is not very relevant, I’d like to know your opinion: the access through direct IP address does not work yet. Here follow the results in the browser:
