is it possible to access to the apps in my internal network without using the syncloud URL?

You can and should use url (dns) everywhere (inside/outside) of your network. Under settings - access page you can enable/disable external access (will enable public IP).
You need some url (dns) to tell the device which app you want to see.
You can choose which dns to use (syncloud.it or personal like example.com)

Usually it is a missing “nat loopback” feature on the router which can be tested on a PC by adding a hosts record for the same domain name but with internal IP.
