Hi, I’m trying Photoprism and I have experienced the same problem that occurs with Transmission: before using it you need to launch in the console: snap start photoprism
Being that I switch on/off remotely my Syncloud device without access to the console, would it be possible to fix this issue for both apps? Thanks a lot.

I do not think anyone else is doing that.
Can you describe your device?
The best option is to get a new sd card, install new syncloud and try just photoprism on it to see if it has the problem you are describing in isolation.
Transmission: it seems like the behaviour is not repeatable. Today it works without “snap start etc.”. I have been obliged to do it several times in the past. In case the problem occurs again, I’ll share the logs immediately.
Photoprism: yesterday I tried it immediately after installation and before restarting my machine. After rebooting it works fine.
