Did you update debian or tried to use apt?

I bought the hardware with syncloud preinstalled from you, I think it’s called Syncloud H.
I did not update debian. Maybe I tried to use apt once or twice to install vim or so.

yes, the best thing if you can is to try to flash latest image, for Syncloud H use HC2 (two images, one for SD card one for internal disk):
