Good morning Boris,
In fact I have been mailing to support several times.
Since I did not get any response I decided to try the other email-adress. Also without any response.
That’s when I decided to send the device back to sender.

The next day???
The issue seems to be related to using http imstead of https, it would be great to know where this device url came from android app or manually typed (what instruction was used?) so I can precent same issues in future.
At first I used your Android app. Then I tried manually via webbrowser.
Both http and https didn’t work.

https will usually give a warning to accept the risk as it does not have an https certificate before the activation, was it showing that?
Also was device showing an IP adress on its display?
Also did Android find the device or not? If not was it on the same wifi or not?
As I wrote in my first post, the device initially showed up on the mobile app, and I even could install the nextcloud app from my phone. But the device was never visible via the webbrowser on my desktop computer. I even allowed cookies, but the device remained cloaked.
And to be correct, I did not send the device back the next day. I send it back after not getting any respons on my emails for 3 days.
I’m sorry that your server blocked all the incoming mail. It caused some misunderstanding on my side. Therefore I apologize.
Ok no problem, it is unfortunate sequence of events, I will make sure to include more info with the package to make things easier and at least what to do if things do not work and how to get help.
Did you receive my package yet? Again I get no response on my email.
Sent you an email, not received yet.
