Are you running a local access mode without public access?
If that is the case this system check cannot go green as it actually tests if your Nextcloud is publicly accessible.
Yes…so…I can ignore it…?
Tested it:
Open → Error disappears
Local → Error ist back again…
If you want only local network mode this test will be red (expected), if you local network clients can sync files ok (they should) then all good.
