What control do I have on the product to modify/configure it ? Is there some locks ? What is the OS ? Is there Docker ?

It is posaible to modify anything no locks.
OS: Debian Buster minimal.
Apps are snap packages without strict confine/apparmor currently. Snap packages have two parts one read-only for the app itself and another read-write part for app data.
No docker is used, bit of cause it can be installed.
