Let’s encrypt email saying all my syncloud domains are expired?
Which version of the system are you? (Settings - Updates)
Make sure you are on latest and send us the logs (Settings - Support).
After the root certificate fix on 1st Oct some users had to wait for a week to get new ones (log should say what is the problem)
Another popular reason is not mapped port 80 on the router (used for certificate revalidation every few months) and 443 of cause.
Ill look into it and get back to you and send the logs now. Thanks.
