I’m using syncloud recently with rpi4 and berryboot. I’m using latest image.
Pi-hole and plex giving me error. Nextcloud is Fine tho.
Also, can I use shorter domain name over below one?
There are few options, try to remove all apps and install just one, pihole for example and see if that works.
Maybe your RPi is running out of memory with too many apps.
Also make sure you extended the boot disk from Settings - Internal Memory to use the full disk.

You cannot use very short domains on our free DNS as you will be fighting with our www or api system names. But what you can do is buy a personal domain like me.xyz (and own it) then we can manage its dns for you on our premium plan, more info at Managed domain · syncloud/platform Wiki · GitHub
