Thanks for looking into it!

I have found some fallout from platform 2fa feature which affected aps like owntracks which rely on platform to secure its endpoints.

Platform is fixed and updated, let me know if you have to restart owntracks going forward (just send logs and mention here).

Hey Boris, Tried loading owntracks frontend and still getting error 500. Rebooting server temporarily fixes the issue

Can you send logs to support please?
Also if you can send them right after it happens before the reboot next time please.

Just pushed another update. You need to make sure the system is updated as well as the app.

I think this is a proper fix now (internal authentication IP was cached but now is using direct system authentication endpoint)

If you see the same problem after the upgrade let me know and send the logs please.

I’m getting 500 errors from it now, Not sure when that started as I haven’t looked at it for a week or two. I don’t have any options to update anything. I’ve tried rebooting.
System: 2649
Installer: 639
Owntracks: 86
I’ve sent you logs.

The fix is coming, will let you know.

Could you upgrade to latest platform, either from Settings - Updates or ssh as this issue caused webui to not function either.

snap refresh platform
