Hello, my understanding is the default installation of paperless has English, German, Italian, Spanish and French as default installed OCR languages.
How can I install a new language? (romanian)

Pushed the update with all languages.
You need to set your preferred language code in Configuration - OCR Settings - Language.
Romanian code is ron.
Then scan a document and when it is processed it should be searchable by recognized words.
