# What is this? please

Yes I have tried to open the server through its ip but I only get (server error). I only have ssh access

I reinstalled the platform and it let me open it now. reinstall the apps but the backup the nextcloud does not do it correctly or simply does nothing

Did you install the app first?  
Then restore the backup, if fails, send the logs.

I tried but it seems that the nextcloud backup does not work correctly. Everything else works perfectly, I would just have to configure nextcloud again. It would save me time. the main thing is that the platform could be saved

When I restored the nextcloud backup, it did not open with the users already made and when I tried to enter the passwords I got a page that said how to communicate with the technical service and a code. Typical blue page when nextcloud has a problem. But I already configured nextcloud again and it works perfectly
