# Version 1361 or version 1389

Hi  
Also today the system tells me to update to a version 1361 when I am in version 1389. When I do the update it does nothing and keeps asking me to update.

When did you get your device?

Can you try to upgrade using SSH ([SSH · syncloud/platform Wiki · GitHub](https://github.com/syncloud/platform/wiki/SSH))?

Run these commands (one by one) and paste the output here:

```auto
/snap/platform/current/bin/upgrade-snapd.sh

snap refresh platform

```
