# Reactivate account

I accidentally turned off my server on the device’s web interface.  
my app is still running fine and I have a green icon on my device at www.syncloud.it - but I can not figure out how to get back to my administration interface at: my\_box.syncloud.it

Did you take power off and on after that?  
Is this what you see now?  
That means device lost its activation info somehow, you can try activating it again with the same domain name and credentials.
