# Jellyfin update issue 10.10.7

Jellyfin loads the homepage as normal but is then unresponsive since update. Dashboard shows server version 10.10.7 but also still 10.10.3. Screenshot attached.

Fresh install on my test device shows correct versions, is this the usual clear the cache/cookies?  
Can you try private window to see if that helps?
